Byron House

is a modern and stylish development, completed in spring of 2012. It right next to the Grafton Centre, in the heart of Cambridge and offers a high level of comfort. Though very central it is a quiet location as there is no through road for traffic.  There is no parking on site but an NCP car park is right next door.  The apartments are modern and very stylish with balconies to relax on at the end of your day. Pubs, restaurants and the river are only a short walk away.

Bryon House studio business apartments sleep 2 people. They are furnished to the highest standard and are fully equipped, including:

Several of the apartments are on the ground floor but some are higher up.  There is no lift in this location.
