Thank you for a wonderful stay, the apartment was perfect.
I really enjoyed the apartment. It was particularly great when my family came to join me at the weekend.
The spaciousness, cleanliness and general high standards were all delightful.
The beds were gloriously comfortable (something which is so unreliable in hotels).
The main thing with anywhere you live is location and I think that's why I loved York Terrace so much.
I loved the 'welcome pack' (mmm butter, what a luxury!)
I left the place in a mess when you last came to clean, especially the kitchen. Thank you for cleaning it up, that was more than I had expected!
I appreciated the extra straightening on Friday!
