Our LocationsIn 2003 we first opened up in Cambridge with 3 apartments. We now have 70 apartments in 8 central locations. In November 2011 we are opening up in The City of London, a short walk to the main central business district and easy access to Canary Wharf on the DLR. Then, for your leisure time many of London's biggest attractions are only a short walk away, e.g. The Tower of London. Prices for our Cambridge Apartments
Prices cover exclusive rental of apartment, all local taxes and licenses, broadband, utility bills and weekly cleaning with fresh bed linen and towels. It does not include telephone call charges or VAT, which should be added at 20% for the first 28 nights and 4% thereafter.
Apartments are graded as Leisure grade (well equipped and stylishly furnished), Business grade (as Leisure, but with en-suite facilities for main bedrooms) and Executive grade (as Business, but with that added Wow factor).
The standard rate is for stays of between 2 and 5 nights.
The mid-stay rate is for stays of between 6 and 27 nights (approx. 15% discount).
The long-stay rate is for stays of 28 nights or more (approx. 30% discount).
Corporate discounted rates apply where more than 12 weeks accommodation is booked in any 12 month period. Please call us on 01223 313383 to discuss.
