Our LocationsIn 2003 we first opened up in Cambridge with 3 apartments. We now have 70 apartments in 9 central locations but still offer the personal, friendly service that we set out with. Each location has been individually styled with comfort at the top of our mind. We believe we offer the best equipped kitchens and last year we upgraded all our beds to Hypnos beds, who have a royal charter to supply the Queen, no less! We made this investment because we believe we are in the business of offering a "good nights sleep". Feedback from our guests suggests we are getting something right. Prices for our London Apartments
Prices cover exclusive rental of apartment, all local taxes and licenses, broadband, utility bills and weekly cleaning with fresh bed linen and towels. It does not include telephone call charges or VAT, which should be added at 20% for the first 28 nights and 4% thereafter.
The standard rate is for stays of between 2 and 5 nights.
The mid-stay rate is for stays of between 6 and 27 nights (approx. 10% discount).
The long-stay rate is for stays of 28 nights or more (approx. 17-20% discount).
Please note there is a summer suppliment of 40% on all London bookings in July and August 2012
