Market Rise apartments are located in a modern building near to the Cambridge Leisure Park, home to a multi-screen cinema, bowling alley, health club and many restaurants, and the ‘Cambridge Junction’ arts and music centre. The railway station is also just a short 10-minute walk away and a 15-minute walk to the city centre. There is easy access to the Addenbrookes site and many of the commercial areas and universities can be accessed by bicycle. Close to the Botanical gardens which are a peaceful, green space to enjoy a break from the hustle and bustle of town.

From Hills Road, driving out of Cambridge, cross over the long railway bridge (2 lanes). At the traffic lights turn left into Cherry Hinton Road. The Market Rise apartments are on the left once you pass the Local Tesco. If you have a car then parking is underground with the entrance around the back so take the first left and then left again.

We liked the apartment. The host company was very professional and did not hesitate to help with a couple of special requests. Liked the fact it was close to food shops, restaurants, cinema, ten pin bowling. Liked having free parking
Clean. They even stocked the kitchen with basic supplies for breakfast, etc. Excellent location to restaurants, coffee shop and supermarket.
Only a brief 2 day stay. Everything up to an excellent standard. Absolutely no complaints.
