At Your Space Apartments, we want to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible. Here’s some important information about your apartment to help you make the most of your time with us:

Housekeeping Services:

Your apartment is serviced every week by our dedicated housekeeping team. You will be informed of your designated weekly cleaning day upon your arrival. If you prefer more frequent cleaning, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us via email or telephone, and we can arrange additional cleaning services for you, with pricing upon request.

Welcome Packs:

To kickstart your stay, we provide complimentary welcome packs, thoughtfully prepared and ready for your arrival. These packs are designed to get you through your first night and morning, ensuring a seamless start to your stay. Should you require an even more enhanced welcome experience for stays lasting 6+ nights, you have the option to upgrade for a small charge.

• For stays lasting 2-5 nights, your Welcome Pack includes: Sensational tea, Columbia Coffee, Fair-trade sugar, 1 pint of milk, and Frank’s biscuits.
• For stays lasting 6 nights or more, the Enhanced Welcome Pack includes: Sensational tea, Columbia Coffee, Fair-trade sugar, 2 pints of milk, Frank’s biscuits, eggs, bread, butter, jams, cereals, pasta, and pasta sauce.

Customer Support:

While we do not operate a traditional reception or concierge service at our apartment locations, we are always within reach via email or telephone. If you have any special requests or require assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. In case of emergencies, our 24-hour Operations Team is available to provide support and assistance at any time.

Your Apartment Amenities:

Your apartment is thoughtfully equipped with a range of amenities to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable:

• A 43”/108 cm Smart TV with access to streaming services like Netflix, Amazon, Spotify, and more.
• Cleaning facilities including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, clothes airer, an iron, and an ironing board. We also provide essential cleaning supplies such as dishcloths and tea towels.
• Our apartments are family-friendly, and we offer complimentary high chairs and travel cots upon request.
• Bed linen made from luxurious Egyptian cotton and plush white towels are provided, refreshed weekly, and additional towels can be supplied upon request.
• Complimentary High-speed Wi-Fi is available, subject to a Fair Usage Policy.
• The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs, including a fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, toaster, pots and pans. We provide the necessary cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, glassware, as well as basic cooking essentials like herbs, spices, salt, and pepper.
• You’ll find a smart tablet in your apartment that serves as a direct line to Your Space HQ. It provides information about your apartment, including details about local amenities, entertainment options, nearby restaurants, food delivery services, local transport, and useful contact numbers.
• Your bathroom is stocked with complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, hand soaps, and body wash.
• We’ve also included a travel adaptor and a hair dryer for your convenience.
