Weekday OPEN hours
Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
9am to 8:30pm UK time

Weekend OPEN hours (plus bank holidays)
Saturday and Sunday
10am to 6pm UK time

CLOSED hours – except for arriving guests and emergencies
8:30pm to 9am UK time Monday to Friday
6pm to 10am UK time Saturday and Sunday
